10 HSPU

10 box jumps 24/20

2 min rest

100 Mt climbers (L+R = 1 rep)

Those equipments are the things that I always use. It is a good instrument to make our arms bigger and we must know the proper positions and techniques so that we may not have any regrets. Improper positioning may result in injuries and unexpected formation of the body. There are many lessons that my teacher has taught me and I need to put in in my mind and this post has added some things that I may do.
