A) 15 medball Squat Cleans 20/14
24’ Medball OH lunge
24’ Medball broad jump
B) Static Hold
C) Assault bike (cals)

Switch when the partner on station A finishes

Mins 0-10, hold is a wall sit
mins 10-20, hold is a plank
mins 20-30, hold is a wall sit

Score = total cals on bike

This is a team wod, but you will be working for a full 30 mins
