Must get to 220 total reps
0:00 - 1:59 Air Squats
2:00 - 3:59 Sit Ups
4:00 - 5:59 Push Ups
6:00 - 10:00 Burpee Pull Ups

10 min cap

The more reps you get in the earlier rounds, the less burpee pull ups you'll have to do. This wod is all about intensity.
