FOUNDATIONS ($150)
We will cover the basics of CrossFit and nutrition, the foundational movements, and screen your movements to determine if there are any significant restrictions which need to be addressed. This is REQUIRED for anyone without at least 3 months of CrossFit experience, unless otherwise approved by a coach.

We love welcoming visiting CrossFitters! If you're a member at another gym or have at least 3 months experience at another CrossFit gym, you're more than welcome to hop in to one of our regular classes!

FOR A FREE CROSSFIT WORKOUT!
This is a great way to try out a CrossFit-style workout for free and see what you think! No commitments, no pressure to join... just a great workout and a fun experience! We won't use any barbells, or do any highly technical movements. We'll go over EVERYTHING before you do it.
We'll go through a dynamic warm-up and go over basic movements, then lead you through a GREAT workout. There will be coaches and members on hand to answer any questions you might have. The best part of CrossFit for a lot of people is the incredible and supportive community that you become a part of. People from all backgrounds, of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels, coming together and fighting through the same workout. It's a great thing to be a part of!
